Steve Simar Founder, CMO From ski racing to mountaineering, competitive skydiving to volleyball, Steve has always lived life in motion. A lifelong athlete with a deep respect for performance and precision, he knows that recovery isn’t a luxury — it’s essential. His discovery of sauna and cold immersion years ago became a daily ritual that transformed his well-being. Today, he’s dedicated to sharing that same shift through Symmetry’s thoughtfully crafted spaces. Heather Gallegos Partner A wife and mother of three, Heather’s life is rooted in relationships, natural wellness, and holistic health. Beyond her deep knowledge of sauna and contrast therapy, she’s experienced their benefits firsthand — physically and mentally. With a long history of service and leadership, Heather brings warmth, expertise, and a genuine belief in caring for the whole person to the Symmetry community. Joe Cruz Founder / Partner Joe has a rich history of working as both an executive and consultant to manufacturer’s in the sauna industry, providing solutions for both commercial and retail customers. He has been showcased on multiple podcasts as an expert in sauna benefits as well as custom sauna designing and installations. In his personal life he is a father of 4, grandfather of 3 and is a passionate advocate for orphans. Sam Rogers Founder / Partner A father of three and husband, discovered the practice of sauna and cold plunge in his ongoing quest to live to a robust 120 years. Sam has always been involved and motivated in athletics and fitness.  Sauna has been a huge benefit in recovery as well as pain management.  Sam has founded and owned several different companies along the way to this newest endeavor at HeatPraxia.  Being part of, and promoting a healthy lifestyle and longevity are at the forefront of importance at this stage in his life.  Sam has been an all-in type of guys since childhood and has taken the deep dive into the health benefits of sauna and his passion overflows onto those he comes into contact with.
