About us
Our story began with HeatPraxia—a small sauna studio rooted in the belief that wellness starts from within. What began as a simple ritual soon became a calling.
As designers, builders, and practitioners, we set out to create a new kind of sauna experience—one that honors tradition while elevating it through modern space, thoughtful craft, and intentional design. From that foundation, HeatPraxia evolved into Symmetry Sauna Studio: a place to slow down, reset, and reconnect body and mind.
Today, our vision reaches beyond our studios. At Symmetry Sauna we design and build custom saunas for homes, hospitality, and wellness spaces—bringing mindful heat, cold, and restoration to more people, in more places.
What started as one studio has become a community, a craft, and a way of wellness—the perfect balance of form and function.
